These Terms of Use explain what Tiger Tattoo Maker AI is, what it is not, and how we expect it to be used. Reading them once is enough; they are not meant to shout at you every day.

1. What the app actually is

Tiger Tattoo Maker AI is a creative companion for visualizing tiger-themed tattoos on your own body. It is not a medical tool, a legal advisor, or a replacement for professional tattoo artists.

3. Accounts, data and communication

The app is deliberately minimal in how it treats personal data. It does not run a social network or a private messaging system. You remain responsible for what you decide to share outside the app (for example, sending a design to a third party).

To keep analytics and push notifications working, the app may use a non-personal identifier, as described in the Privacy Note. This is handled through external services such as Singular and OneSignal.

4. AI, images and ownership

The app relies on image generation powered by artificial intelligence. You provide a photo of your body, choose styling options, and receive generated tiger tattoo previews.

  • You should only upload or capture images you have the right to use.
  • You remain fully responsible for any real tattoo decisions you make based on the generated concepts.
  • The generated images are intended as visual ideas, not as exact blueprints that must be followed without discussion with a professional.

5. Acceptable use: what the tiger is not for

You agree not to use the app for purposes that are unlawful, harmful, or hostile. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI systems behind the app.
  • Use the app to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Interfere with the app’s infrastructure, servers, or external partners such as Singular and OneSignal.

6. Third‑party services in the background

To keep the app functional and measurable, we use certain third‑party services:

  • Singular – to understand how many people find, install, and use the app, and which parts of the interface are alive.
  • OneSignal – to deliver push notifications you allow us to send.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We use them to keep the app’s heartbeat visible, not to build elaborate profiles of you.

7. No guarantee of perfect ink

The app is provided “as is”. It tries to produce convincing tiger tattoo previews, but it cannot promise:

  • That every generated image will match reality or your taste.
  • That every device, operating system, or network will run the app without interruption.

You use the app at your own risk. The developer is not liable for decisions, tattoos, or other actions you take based on the images generated by the app.

8. Updates, changes and endings

The app may change over time. Features can appear, disappear, or be adjusted. These Terms may also be updated. When you continue using the app after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.

9. If something goes wrong

If you believe the app is misbehaving, you can uninstall it at any time and, if needed, contact the developer. Tiger Tattoo Maker AI is intentionally small in scope; resolving issues should be as direct as possible.
